RESPONSIBILITIES:
INSTRUCTOR AND ACADEMIC SUPPORT (40%)
Provide administrative support for the academic courses and program, Business in Practice (BiP) Program, as needed. Responsibilities and duties include:
- Assist with communication to prospective/current adjunct instructors throughout recruitment and onboarding process.
- Training for UNH IT accounts and tech tools for active learning and student management (IT accounts, Microsoft 365 Suite/Outlook access, Mural, Teams, OneNote, Flipgrid, Kaltura, Qualtrics preclass surveys, etc.).
- Help develop instructor support and best practices videos and documentation.
- Provide Canvas Support: initial setup, maintenance, one-on-one training, troubleshooting, etc.
- Syllabus template support: review, edit, provide oversight of modules/language to be consistent with BiP/UNH standards.
- Secondary communication: UNH-wide notices, policy updates, program reminders.
- Coordinate course materials/supplies, as well as any AT classroom backup for courses.
- Oversee and maintenance of data/records, including but not limited to: course proposals, syllabi, instructor bios/videos, course descriptions, etc.
- Coordinate all surveys and assessment tools as needed, as well as assist with compiling data and generating reporting.
- Help maintain Forge space and troubleshoot technology in the space for courses.
COMMUNICATION AND PR SUPPORT (60%)
- Act as a point-of-contact for program; responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings, and providing basic program information.
- Assist with marketing and/or PR projects, such annual reports, web/social media presence, academic/non-academic publications, marketing BiP courses to students, etc.
- Responsible for Instructor Directory and media library (bios, headshots, videos, etc.).
- Update and maintain BiP/UNH webpages (Drupal/WordPress training needed).
- Organize and maintain academic program files and publications.
- Plan and develop content for publications/social media throughout the academic year, including working with student staff.
- Assist with interviews, writing, photography/video of BiP-related events/courses/initiatives.
- Coordinate BiP program materials/assets needed for 603 Challenge (annual fundraising event), as well promotion to alumni.
- Help with BiP event planning, marketing, and execution as needed.
